Culinary Classes
Come join us!
For each class, Chef Roland will pick out an entrée, a side dish, and a dessert. You and your classmates will then make the meal together under Chef Roland's direction. As you do, Chef Roland will teach you about the various principles and techniques that go into each dish.
All ingredients are provided and you get to eat what you make!
Classes last 4 hours and cost $30 per person. You will need to bring a head covering (a scarf, hat, or hairnet) and an apron. Classes are typically offered Mondays and Tuesdays; call 417-738-2112 for specific times.
